For those of you that ordered and picked up from Granger. How long did it take for Chip or financing to reach out once the truck was delivered? And how soon after were you able to go get your truck? My truck arrived on 2/9 according to tracker, but still haven’t heard from anyone over at Granger.

How can you tell that it made it out of DRB? My Ford tracker only shows built 1/5 and then the shipped email came on 1/14. But the tracker “shipped” circle is not filled in with a check mark like the previously completed steps. Weird

I don’t understand a transportation hold. A chip hold I get. If the truck is built and completely done, why not just get it delivered? I get that delays happen, shortage of drivers, etc. Even wait for a full truck load, then deliver. But a hold? For what purpose

Mine just got bumped again, this time from 2/6 to 2/8. First time checking Palsapp today. It just show my VIN#, freight bill #, origin is Dearborn plant, destination name is null, and the final Status shows as “pending”. Doesn’t sound too promising
