The one and only reason for me, aesthetics. I like lowered vehicles.
Everything I’ve owned has been lowered.
People have different tastes.
where I live, it’s all lifted trucks, monster tires, black clouds of smoke. Not my scene.
I get the utility of having a truck, but that not why I bought...
It’s pretty straight forward.
I just put the lights and harness in my truck.
Upper bumper cover comes off, upper grille cover, grille and shutter as an assembly, then the bumper can come off.
The active air dam will need to be removed, then the actuators, then the XLT fog lights, then the main...
I’ve been looking for black splined shallow 1” lug nuts on and off for years.
I was thinking of the retractable boards, but am considering a 25 Shelby f150 super snake style ground effects kit.
I went with the ihc ride quality kit with the intention of keeping all factory feel.
Did not get shock extenders, so rear shocks got replaced with maxtrac.
Needed the front lower, so out went factory struts. Coils are a bit more compressed side by side with factory strut.
Overall ride is very...
I did the work myself.
The wheels I bought new 5 years ago for my lowered navigator at 1300us per wheel. On my second set of tires since, only run these wheels 6 months a year.

I got the oem harness for 210 Canadian.
I did think of going that route, but figured since I had easy access to the factory harness, give it a test run first.
The harness is at work, I’ll snap some shots tomorrow.
Now that I got my refund, I will happily blast CSS automotive lighting solutions.
I read through this thread prior to ordering, was Leary, but lead time was 1-3 weeks so I went ahead. Like others, zero communication. 4 emails over the course of 6 weeks, nothing.
Glad I always pay with PayPal...
Not sure if it has been verified yet or not, but I can confirm - front bumper harness from a 25 platinum WILL operate and function premium fog lights on a 25 lariat.
(The one I tested on worked at least)
I ordered a harness from a “buy my $375 harness” guy in July. Bought a 25 lariat in August...
