300 inches of snow yearly here in Western UP Michigan. Havent had that problem. I mean, they do sometimes get covered with Ice. But I dont notice any significant light output issues.
Dont drive my Raptor much in the summer months as I have a few fun cars and a motorcycle. Ive left it as long as three weeks, and it starts right up every time. Doesnt hurt, but if you dont want to run the cord, you may be fine?
Mine did this two nights in a row. Only thing I could think of as the cause was both nights had good rain storms, although no thunder. Never recurred but sure was annoying.
The creaking on my truck eventually stopped after another thousand miles or so. Not sure what that was about, but I’m glad it’s gone. I have seen some mods to the spring, including the coin, and other forms and maybe on YouTube that address the spring tension.
I think you are correct. When I search the part number it turns up on the Ford website as a cover made by Rev. Rev is just rebranded BAK. I ordered the above part and will see in a few days it works. Thanks!

Why reply if you dont know what you are talking about? Warranty for a new car starts on day of sale. If the vehicle sits on the lot for 18 months and is finally sold, it is considered new with warranty beginning on day of sale.
Just an update in case anyone has the same issue and searches here for solutions. Initially thought it was the back sliding window since there seems to be some complaints on here as well as a TSB that addressed the problem. Turns out it was a few larger ice chunks wedged between the front of the...
Ok. So I lowered both seat backs. I noticed the rattle is really bad with the subwoofer going, but also on bumpier roads. I dont think it is coming from the sub itself. I'm wondering if it is coming from ice buildup in the space between the bed and the cab?
Anyone expereince this? It is...
Developed a rather annoying loud rattle recently on my F150. I think it is coming from the back portion of the middle seat. The drivers rear does not move when shaken and feels very solid. However if I pull on the middle headrest, the seat doe not seem as solid and definitely has play. Not sure...
