Yes, it does say that Ford is supposed to reimburse $40 a day, yet they are coming up with a totally wrong amount to cover the fee.

Update: After asking about the status of my truck, I just heard back from my service advisor. They said the waste gate actuator and turbo need to be replaced. I have no idea what those parts are, what caused those parts to break, and how many more days I will be without my truck... ?

Yes I knew about the cup holder slot, and I think that only works when the key fob is in low battery. In my case, my key fob had no issue.
