  1. Brake line part number request please

Thanks a ton y'all! With the first chunks of numbers spanning our tags my local ford parts tech. was able to determine they've got one at the the next closest dealership and should have it by EOD tomm. for pickup. Thanks again!
  2. Brake line part number request please

Crazy that it’s such a great idea but the dang ink just wears off hah! Thanks a ton for taking the time to grab a shot!
  3. Brake line part number request please

Hey folks, I've got to replace a line that has worn away due to me not allowing enough clearance back when I installed my Vortech blower. If you're looking at the master cylinder it is the far left line (below). I was able to pull its tag (below) but despite having less than 30k miles it has...
  4. Applying Fluid Film to undercarriage, quick write-up with tips to make it very easy.

Awesome that it was brand new, as @The_Auto_Tech mentioned it can backfire and you didn't specify in the original if it was a new truck as in your photo or the 2012. Since it was new I bet you've mitigated a good bit of the concern given you don't have any rust/scale/layers or peeling paint...
  5. Applying Fluid Film to undercarriage, quick write-up with tips to make it very easy.

@LoneWolf31 I hadn't heard of it but it looks to be a quality product. If they prepped well man I wouldn't worry much about it. It's unfortunate it cost you what it did but if it lasts a few years and does the job, that's not bad. Was the truck's undercarriage pretty clean when you brought it in?
  6. Applying Fluid Film to undercarriage, quick write-up with tips to make it very easy.

The areas that wore fastest in the Poconos are rear axle/rear-leaf and front shock tower assembly. Those need yearly treatment. 85% of the rest of the vehicle your just building layers. After 2 years (sprays) you’ll likely never see anything looking close to bare except the areas mentioned...
  7. Mecum Auction Advice

My brother and I are planning to hit the FL venue this year. Not necessarily targeting anything to bid on, more to experience the energy and look at vehicles. Would love to hear your feedback if you end up going, huge fan of their Mecum TV series.
  8. The long-delayed migration .... WIN 10 > 11 (grrrr)

Very nice, man I bet it rips!
  9. The long-delayed migration .... WIN 10 > 11 (grrrr)

Lack of LTS doesn't mean you need to stop leveraging Win10 anytime soon. Heck I have an Alienware (pre Dell aquisition) laptop running NT like a champ. Microsoft is never the entity responsible for securing their OS post delivery anyhow. You get updates and security patches but they are months...
  10. Baer Brakes Big Claw Performance Rotor Kit - #2261046

So far they have been great. We ended up heading to TX for the holidays and zero fading with the truck loaded down. @HammaMan I just now realized that I never got back to you on the shots above, I've got the truck with me now and will try to get a side profile with my phone, it should be slim...
  11. ProPower my 5.0 with EcoFlow Alternator Charger or Bluetti Charger 1?

We have 2 EcoFlow Deltas (early generation) power banks. On our gladiator I had a Cascadia 4x4 hood solar panel constantly charging our Delta then trickle-charging the truck's battery as needed once the power bank(s) are topped off but solar charging is excruciatingly slow as you know. While out...
  12. Installed H8 AGM battery; my truck is transformed

Hey folks we aren't Cosco members and while a few folks have mentioned other brands, I was wondering if there is a tried and true H8 option out there that I can grab and drop in? I too have been getting the warnings, pretty randomly but no more than a week goes by before one pops up.
  13. Ordering-has Ford lost it?

In general I've found that it is way too absurd to deal with Ford and the F150 new simply due to the lack of value per dollar on the higher trims. The interior quality of a $100k F150 is leagues below a meager $35k A-series Audi but we still buy them. I wasn't expecting much quality on the...
  14. F150 Hard Folding Bed Covers

Very happy with the Lomax, durability video can be found in the review thread I did on it: https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/agricover-lomax-matte.24359/post-553615
  15. Our coyote build thread.

I've been slacking on the build thread updates, I opted for Belltech's rear anti-sway bar and it didn't disappoint. Writeup can be found here on it. I also finally got around to performing a mild audio upgrade on my non-B&O system. Very happy with the results, here is that thread. Lastly, I've...
  16. Tremor front diff explodes at 7400 km

Yeah, that's pretty shocking. I could see if you were lifted 6" with a blower on 38" wheels tranny tuned etc. but you're basically stock.
  17. System off to save battery

Mine does this too every so often.
  18. Tremor front diff explodes at 7400 km

Wait a sec, how many miles on the truck and just to clarify you rocked it back & forth in 4H to clear yourself and ford is not covering it and it went on up to corporate and still nothing? Any additional details, are you lifted/force inducted?
  19. Under $1k audio upgrade for non B&O system begins.

These CS speakers came with an inline passive crossover but is there an additional measure that should be taken? I hadn’t heard of a tweeter protector. There was plenty of wire left on the stock tweeter to cut and connect the new tweeters. On the right side purple/white are positive, on the left...
