I had a '22 and had no issues after the battery was changed. Depending on the build date the '22s had a few options deletes due to chip shortages. If your dealer is showing the original sticker, I'd verify that options such as massaging seats, etc. are still in the truck.

I have not installed my current OEM yet but checked the box and the "J" part is not in my package either. In this video at about 15:38 he installs that support bracket and there's is no part "J" in his '23 install.
