    I also have a work and a personal phone so this is a feature I was looking forward to although from what I have seen so far when I use CarPlay it drops one of the phones so only one is connected, Big Disappointment

    I just updated to 3.5.4 from 3.5.3 this morning on my job 1 2021 Limited, I get the same thing, when in CarPlay and I try to connect both phones it shuts off CarPlay and then will connect 2 phones. I have 2 cell phones and was looking forward to being able to use both phones on the trucks...

    Thank you, about what I figured, I think they told me they looked for the Trailer Module Update and couldn't find one, I told the service writer I did it myself. Thank you for the help Mike

    Thanks Jeb and Jesse, I'll do the GSM again and I do have an iPhone so I'll update the wireless charger as well and wait for them to straighten out the BCM

    Thank you Mike, I think the BCM is the one that Jesse is telling not to do correct? I did the GSM, thats the one that won't disappear I think they didn't download or update anything, I think they were just scamming Ford
