    I got hung up on downloading 6.2, it tried to download for about 3 weeks, finally yesterday I logged onto FDRS to see what was waiting to download and had about 8 different modules that had updates waiting, did those and today I got 6.8.0

    Snake I have the OBDLINK MX+, I have added the hybrid battery info to make dashboard but am looking for the 12v battery SOC, have you had any luck finding that?

    I'll try the BMS Reset, I have fully charged the battery and had the OTA fail and I have tried it with the battery charger on the battery and had it fail. Thanks for the help!!

    Jesse which battery is the problem, the 12v battery is fully charged, I know the hybrid high voltage battery SOC is low, would that affect an OTA?
