I would not apply for a loan until it hits the dealer. I know you want to lock in your rate but moving to shipped is just the next wait and see phase of the process. Just my 2 cents.

Based on my experience I think your built, and awaiting shipment. once it is shipped you will get a check mark on Built and Shipped will be green

I think they did a code deployment recently. That is where the green dot probably came from. Maybe they introduced a bug in their logic that is screwing up peoples state. Just a thought.

You should sue them for emotional distress. This is great news. As your dealer is local you will pick yours up before me. I am going to try and wait the 30 days for pick up. That will hopefully mean first week in march. Better time to drive across the rockies. imho
