I am not a social media guy...but do have a facebook page and instagram...just for content...have never made a single post on either. I have teetered about twitter...but would start one to support you and gleen content.
Ok I'm a little confused...my truck also says set to expire 4/13/2023 as well. (like snakebitten)
But I was understanding that hands free would be free/included for 36 months. Does this mean mine will expire on 4/23? Or will there be another update pushing it further?
I have to agree...new/better speakers make a big difference. I did my frts in stages. First did the door speakers...better but not that much. ( I dont think stock amp has enough power). Then did the dash mids....oh boy...very big difference. Then the tweets..another step up. Tried a powered...
I disagree....I am not an expert on tuning and plan on a 3-way active system. When researching tuning...there seems to be a some real talented people who can work magic remotely. I am lucky in that I live close to Jon...havent used his services yet...but plan on it in the future....but it wont...
There is a trick to that.
1)When the seat back is down...move the bar to the center of the latch
2) Raise the seat back up...but not trying to latch
3) Then raise seat bottom...and lower it..this repositions the bar
4) Then lower seat back down....and lightly slam it up
Works like a charm
I see you removed spacers and added 1" shackles. Did you have to shim the driver shaft...thought I read somewhere it would be needed. I too have removed the spacers and am thinking about the 1" shackles.
I used a Seas full range driver...didnt want to spend much... as this is just a temp fix. I probably wont use a center initially after I install the Helix amp. I am trying to get the sound stage and imaging I had when I built a higher end home system. I am even back and forth with rear fill...
I agree...the heavy center speaker is awful. I have tried all the tricks and settings and couldnt take it any more.
So I started acquiring pieces to do a 3-way active. Doing it in stages. Just completed doing frt speaker install(doors, corner dash, tweeters) as the first stage....to my...
Speaker is not blown...it has something to do with the way B&O has mixed certain frequencys to play in the overhead speakers. I had it happen once on a particular song I was playing loudly. Kind of a crackly sound that was overly annoying. Went to next song problem fixed.
Lane repositioning is a safety issue. I noticed using BC the other day....as I was passing a Semi...he very slowly crept in to my lane...and I had to manualy avoid him....now I am gun shy when passing a truck. I know you still have to pay attention when using BC....but?
Yep until this week I thought mine worked great...mind you it has been mostly AC. Now that I have to use the heater...its either too hot or blows cool air. Thought it was user error until I read this. Even seems like if I turn it off...it still blows hot air.
