?♂️ Paid a lot of money to a local car crew who does all the show trucks around here to do it, lol. I've seen their work on some other vehicles and was highly impressed, so I shelled out the $ for them to do it, plus leather conditioning on the seats.
I use the copilot on the 2 major roads I travel to/from work and the only time I've wanted to take control is when I go through toll booths, just because 1 has a quick turn as you go through it (typical crappy houston designed road system). My first trip home in traffic was actually relaxing...
The system has been going through some updates lately, some days it's all there, some it's blank like yours and wants to be reactivated. I don't actually reactivate, it will just correct itself once they are done doing "whatever" they are doing on their side.
The ceramic is covered for 9 years, with an every 6 month refresh coat applied. The buffing and smoothing of the paint was the hard part, now it will stay feeling like glass and hard as a rock. If it ever gets a chip or nick, the repair is covered by them for free.
If it's an iPhone, go to your bluetooth, click the i next to the ford connection, then there should be a setting to share notifications you need to enable there. Did it yesterday since I turned off CarPlay (not a fan of it)
Mine would not connect yesterday (7/25) all day, until that afternoon, now it's fine. I had some issues with the same thing with my Ranger, wouldn't work randomly for a day or so, then all good. They sent me some ford points for the inconvenience, yay.
Coming from a Ranger Lariat with B&O and getting the F-150 with B&O Unleashed, I'm really impressed with it so far. It "does" put a bit more sound out of the front center channel than I'd like, but that's just me being picky.
Added husky wheel well protectors (kind of a crappy fit but whatever), removed the SPORT sticker, and got it to fit in the garage (years of playing Tetris finally paid off.
This Tom was accurate, dealer is going to drive it from the rail yard tomorrow so I can get it Friday. Pals shows nothing and it wasn’t even scheduled to be moved from there for another week or 2, it’s a 35 mile drive?!?!
Tracked my truck to the rail yard outside Houston. It’s there but they dealer still wasn’t expecting it till 8/5 but they are going tomorrow to pick it up and drive it to the dealership so I can get it Friday afternoon.
Pals shows my truck in KC yard, Ford Performance tracked it to a train yard just outside Houston, dealership is clueless and just knows it's scheduled to arrive 8/5-8/11. They rail yard is like 45 minutes from the dealership, the lack of communication is beyond terrible.
