I do the same with mine, works like a charm on my commute to work!

I wrap mine very tightly around the steering wheel (2.5 lb velcro strap ankle weight) and have no issues with long stretches of hands free driving.

My radio only sounds good through Carplay with lossless or Hi-res lossless audio, Sirius was so bad that I let the trial subscription expire, regular FM radio sounds better than that!

Or you could use the ankle weight to bypass that (not saying you should, but you "could")

ECO for the drive to work, getting about 20-22 MPG with a V8 (I don't speed, Adaptive on at 65 MPH), Sport when running errands around town (makes the tailpipe talk)

I did play "24K Magic by Bruno Mars" this morning in my truck, turned up to 25, and it sounded amazing! Really depends on the music source and quality, but I would say I'm impressed as well.

It's a Lariat as well, moves like any other headrest, just has small speakers inside it (you can barely hear)

Only when truck is on. You’d have to go through fuse box wiring and all that for constant power. It’s not a necessity for my parking situations.

My truck (Space Ghost) gets a lot of looks! Friends will walk by at work and say "Your trucks grey today", then a few hours later, it's blue...then it's white when the suns shining.
