It’s mostly more driven by the rim size and tires on each. I swapped my XLT to 20” rims and noticed quickly a drop off in performance and ended up switching back to the 18” rims with 285/70 18’s. My XLT is also an EcoBoost so there’s no added weight for hybrid system. Might be apples to oranges...
Think I’m going to drop it one click tomorrow. I can’t shake the feeling that it looks squatted when it’s moving.
Thanks for all the responses everyone.
It’s a Retrax Embark model sold through ford accessories. It’s the best tonneau I’ve had and I’ve had several on different trucks over the years. It stays pretty dry even in tropical storm rains and would probably be better if I added the seal around the tailgate. Only downside is the space lost...
Mine is set on the 4th notch and should be 2”. I never measured my ride height before the install so I can’t really say how much it changed. Originally I liked the way it sits but im starting to think dropping it one click will be a better stance. Also may increase my mileage a little?
I realize I may be opening a can of worms with this question so let me give some insight of my own beforehand. My truck is a 22 4wd XLT SC with the tow package and extended range fuel tank. It has the Bilstein 2.5 leveling kit with 6112/5160’s on 18” Rims with Nitto Recon 285/70 18’s. Current...
My 2022 was getting this for a couple weeks. I cleaned the terminals on both sides and charged the battery stand alone(disconnected) and have had nothing since.
The base of the 60/40 shares a bolt in the middle and one side rests on top of the other. Take that nut off and they should separate.
My truck doesnt have the lock that you do but those side covers kind of pop and rotate upward and out. They are a real pain to get back on also. I’m hoping that’s...
Just finished my cupholders and footwell lights on my truck. Big shout out to JHForman812 for some help and patience getting an attention to details issue resolved quickly. The guy who supplied the harness was quick on shipping and the harnesses look and performed like OE. Couldn’t be more...
I think it will cut down some of the time messing with the clips, at least it did in my case. I used some diluted interior cleaner to wipe down the foam before putting the leathers on. Good luck.
The risk vs reward for selling the old covers is what should determine which path you choose. Breaking the seat clips wasn’t a choice for me and the two shops I called locally said they either cut them off or leave the fabric covers on under the leathers. Not saying it can’t be done just that in...
I did cut mine since I knew I was all in. It makes the job go much faster and of course you won’t break any of the clips. I thought for a quick second about trying to sell the cloth covers but in the end I was more concerned with getting the install right. My install took two days. I did the...
Got mine from this eBay seller and he sent a link for a couple of videos to watch and they were spot on. I did the rear seats to get a feel for everything. Mine being an XLT there were some differences but after a month they still look great.

In my experience at age 62 once you get bit by the audio bug the itch lasts lang and the cost is high. I have an entire storage bin with used speakers, amps. Cable, harnesses, adaptors and you name it. Some for my autos and some for other toys. It seems to never end for me.
I also believe that...
I tried the Key 200 with several different speakers brands and never got what I was looking for in the sound arena. Morels and Kickers and Power Bass which was huge let down. Swapped amps and tried Musway and now I’m with Alpine amp and speakers. Also set the EQ back to 1 instead of flat and...
You only need to trim one of the tabs on the existing clips to get the sensor to line up and orient correctly. Make note of how your sensors are oriented before you remove them. The tabs are clocked in 3 different locations and simply trimming one of them in my case made them fit perfectly. I...
