Not that I have seen, but our 3rd party testing should hopefully be coming out soon for this tire.
As for AT3 4S compared to the SL WildPeak A/T3W, what's better for one person will vary from another. As mentioned, this is why it's important to prioritize the performance attributes needed most...
Tough call, both are solid options from what we're seeing. How do you use your vehicle? At the end of the day, tires are a compromise and the right model for you will depend on the performance attributes you prioritize most.
Thank you for giving us a look @scuba!
As mentioned, 295/70R-18 is max fitment with factory wheels due to the high offset, but it's tight. 285/75R-18 may work, but this tire is pushing 35-inches.
285/70R-18 should fit comfortably however as you mentioned the A/T3W is not produced in this size.
265/70R-18 would be a consideration if you switch gears and drop down to an 18-inch wheel. The vast majority of the A/T options in this size are SL (or XL) that also carry the 3PMSF stamp. The Falken A/T3W, Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S, Yokohama Geolandar G015 and Hankook AT2 RF11 are a handful...

Tire brands vary in overall size, just like shoes, but in most instances you'll find that 305/70R-18's fit with factory wheels. The KO2 tends to run smaller in size when compared to some other brands, so I think you'll be in good shape.
As 411 noted, 295/70R-18 is a good option, with more...
