For looks, 22s all the way on a street truck. I did not feel a noticeable difference in ride quality from the factory 20’s with hankooks. Tires can make a huge difference in ride quality, I went with Michelin defenders. Gas mileage does suffer though. About 1-2 mpg worse.
There’s a diagram in this thread. I don’t think there’s constant power there.

Mine is wired to the rear view mirror. Didn’t use any special adapters, two pins crimped onto the wires and shoved into the back of the mirror power connector. Get a test light to find your 12v either switched or constant. Cheap and you don’t have to run wires.
Wasn’t trying to find fault, just didn’t make sense at first. If the tires are bad you should make the vendor make it right, cc chargeback? Didn’t make sense as the title of your post says the tires are not designed for the truck. I understand returning them to the vendor would get expensive, I...
You sure it wasn’t just Coincidence? I don’t see how the bike carrier and a load in the bed is any different from a heavy trailer.
I don’t know how the system works but I guess it’s possible the sensors are setting a light steering wheel with no trailer attached? You could try a cheap pair of...
:unsure:You spent $400 to balance tires? Were then told by the manufacturer they wouldn’t warranty the tires because of the load rating, then proceed to buy four new identical tires with presumably the exact same load rating?
Did they try balancing the tires again? Road force balance? The load rating has nothing to do with the ride quality. Just limits your overall load you can carry, instead of being limited by the trucks load capacity you’re now limited by the tires.
I have a deionized water setup. Washing in the summer time on dark cars it’s basically a necessity. $140 for the filter and $60 for the refill. Supposed to last a couple hundred gallons, so far I’m using less than 10 gallons per wash for final rinse only. You’ll want to use it with a pressure...
Mine still last a long time on electric depending on how hard I’m using the a/c. Do you have a Obd code reader?

I have this and use obdfusion. With it you can monitor your battery state of charge and see if the truck is fully charging or not, or if it is just using the...
Turned my truck off to get gas and my dash went crazy, first said some kind of transmission error, set parking brake. Then said update in process vehicle not usable, yet nothing on on the sync screen. Anyways got gas and after driving I noticed the fuel economy gauge looking different. Am I...
31 is way too low. I have the same size but a Michelin defender and I have 42 in the front 40 in the rear. I tried with 38/37 and my gas mileage went down.
I’ve got a couple hundred miles on them now, gas mileage didn’t suffer as bad as I thought. .5 - 1mpg doing 75-80. Washed it up today and got some more photos.
One issue did pop up though, my blue cruise has been acting up since I’ve had these wheels installed, looking at the 360 cam you can...
This is the grill I’m considering.

Yes, but I don’t know how bad yet. It’s not going as far as it used to in electric mode. I’ve only driven ~50 miles so far. I’ll know more this week.
Tires aren’t rubbing, they’re slightly shorter than stock size, just wider.
Ya, I took a chance with the color, I was tired of the all black. I’m really happy how it turned out. Mostly stock height, but I removed the blocks from the rear to level it out a bit.
They’re 22x10, the 305s appear to be the perfect width. Additionally from other posts I’ve seen here, many are running the 305 on the 9.5 wide ford performance wheels.
