WOO! Finally updated that pesky BECM module. Even updated the BCM with no problems. Watching paint dry with the big APIM update... I'm thinking that this could be one of my last software upgrade adventures since OTAs are working.... maybe.

I know when it was discovered that the VX Nano has the CCM booby trap - there was a run on Mongoose cables and they were out of stock. Hopefully should be back in shortly...

There is quite a bit more risk with the VCX around the CCM module and any module chained with it. I was able to update most modules with my Nano with no issues. Bought a mongoose and never had any issues after. Would recommend a mongoose to play it safe and I'm sure others here would agree.

This is why I asked here and seeing the screenshots from PTS. The last OTA was 1.7.1, almost a year ago. Took me a month of running around with a USB plugged into to get beyond 1.7.1. Thank your for answering my question though!
