I have had the lane centering try to pull the steering wheel away from me on a couple of occasions after engaging cruise. I am more careful now when I engage it. Cruise is supposed to make things easier, but this current iteration makes me not want to use it.

When mine went bad, I no longer had a hybrid function. Once the engine started, it did not shut off until I turned it off. It would do this intermittently over the couple of months before I could get it fixed.

It has been nearly a year since I changed the setting to the extended timer. I have not had a single issue since. Seems strange to me, but I know logic and controls can get very complicated.

I will have to check that out. I do not use blue cruise often and I never have the Driver Assistance screen up.
