My '24 has the half upper tray also and it moved. I found a couple of tiny binder clips in my junk drawer and clipped them to the lip that the tray rides on. Pushed the tray to the passenger side so I still have access and it's all good now :)

I know it says '21 & '22 F150 but they fit my '24 perfectly.
I bought a set from fleabay that worked great. Very stiff, no flex, perfect fit. I did have to spread the clips a bit to get them to fit. No big deal. Not liking the flat look, I embellished them with oval badges (Bronco tailgate ones). Very happy.
