I'm sure Ford can't sell direct due to some contract with dealerships. So is Ford lying on the price on the website or are the dealers putting a huge markup on all models? The lariat is 10k more at any dealer than on the website and that's if you can find a lariat without too many other options.

Mine has a 1" hole in the black housing but otherwise all functional. I'm thinking glueing a black square piece of plastic over the hole would be cheaper than a whole new mirror with camera, blis, etc. But if I can change just the housing that would be best. The chrome cap is intact. Any ideas?
