I'm sure Ford can't sell direct due to some contract with dealerships.
So is Ford lying on the price on the website or are the dealers putting a huge markup on all models?
The lariat is 10k more at any dealer than on the website and that's if you can find a lariat without too many other options.
I have a 2022. Most of the time I drive in normal 2H or 4A(rain, snow, spirited but not sport driving)
Switching to sport I end up in 4A
Switching back to normal it will always go to 2H
What if I press 4A real quick? Does it make a difference or will it just go to 2H and then 4A?
Any chance...
I just got it on my '22 king ranch this weekend.
Does not seem to change much. Lane change does work but that was never an issue for me. I usually bluecruise on long stretches with no need to change lanes.
I'd rather have a bluecruise and lane-centering that is more forgiving on how much it...
At first I had some random lights such as advance track, ABS, pedestrian souder, etc. When this happens I lose adaptive cruise control and even turning that off I can't have normal cruise control. Very annoying in a king ranch level truck.
Had the ABS module changed
Had the rear wheel speed...
Thing I discovered recently that my previous Fords did not do:
If the shade is closed and I open the sunroof and then close it again; it will close the shade too.
Thing that really annoys me:
4 clicks left to go from normal to sport mode and then when I come back to normal it will go to 2WD...
Maybe I misunderstand how it works.
The way I get it to work is to start the truck and then go in the menu and turn on generator mode.
But then I have to exit the truck with the key and it will honk. Really not quiet.
Maybe I can lock with the keypad but leaving the truck running with the key in...
Whenever listening to music close to 20 in volume I can hear rattles coming from the speaker above the front passenger.
Is it typical for that speaker to be blown? Would extended warranty cover it and be worth it for 100$ deductible?
How hard would it be for myself to check if it's just loose or...
I have a truxistm bed divider and a storage crate that can collapse but I always leave it open and ready.
It's also crazy to me that trucks and even cars don't come with an easy way to store groceries. Everyone gets groceries. The storage crate was in my previous SUV for the same reason but it...
I can feel it shifting especially the lower hears but then again I could in my Lincoln too; it's not what I would call rough.
Sometimes I get one shift that is rougher; I can hear the clunk and feel it but again it's nothing crazy or anything I would call lurching or braking.
What does it feel...
Got the truck used a few months ago.
I have a center console tray but it slides around and bangs when doing a sharp turn.
Am I supposed to have another piece next to it?
I'm thinking of putting some kind of wax/sticky thing to keep it from moving but still removable. Any other ideas?
I could get...
AFAIK we don't make F150s in Canada.
Mine was built in the USA but sold in Canada and has a warranty anywhere in Canada or the USA.
I used to have an F250 that got a check engine light while on a roadtrip in the USA. USA dealer got me a loaner F150 for a few days and performed open engine...
So you did exactly what the other guy did.
I think this happens a lot. My truck also had a bunch of cleared codes they did nothing about when I bought it. Sure there's an extended warranty but I have to spend the time without a truck to deal with those. Possibly the dealer only gets paid on...
Mine has a 1" hole in the black housing but otherwise all functional. I'm thinking glueing a black square piece of plastic over the hole would be cheaper than a whole new mirror with camera, blis, etc.
But if I can change just the housing that would be best. The chrome cap is intact.
Any ideas?
