My maps are still from September, so it made me believe that everything was out of date and that the dealer didnt actually update anything. How can I check or know if the dealer did in fact update my software, before I go pointing fingers and switch dealers?

I do have auto updates enabled and do have schedule turned on but BC is still showing 10/09/2022 with SYNC software version 22082_PRODUCT Revision 411. Can I assume the dealer didnt update anything? When I drive on hiway is says Blue Cruise avail but it is not hands free and is only active...

Anyone know how long should it take or do I wait for OTA updates, before having to invest in a mongoose and going the DIY route to get BC working?
