Surprised your have a APIM update showing. You have a 2021. I thought APIM updates were blocked. especially for the 2021"s?? he has a 2021 and could not get the audio update to go through and no APIM.

updates are moving along. IPMA- long one still going. I also have a 2017 ford explorer. Is it worth plugging in and checking for updates? Well... we also have a 2015 Focus ST and a 2018 Fusion.. LOL ford family. and I am a chevy guy. but I do love the Fords!!

ok thanks. The lic is showing active until 5/11 . I did try and goto version 37.4.7 and still get login error. I'll go back to 44.4.4 and give it some time.

@rugedraw on this laptop I have latest version of FDRS 44.x.x Yes confirmed correct user name and PW. I just logged into fordpass on this laptop with those credentials.

I just bought a 2 day lic. newer laptop from when I did my updates years ago. but have everything installed. I am also getting the login error. (Non-dealer) Any input?
