    Thanks Rugedraw, I did a bunch of updates through FDRS in early Feb. I got to the point there were no more available. Everything seems to be working except for my 12" screen blacks out like it is doing a reset. The apim was replaced on Feb 5. the blackouts started on 3/18.

    I have not used the mongoose plus so I can’t help there. It did seem to be fairly quick, the part that took the longest was downloading to the USB. I have fast WiFi in the shop but 2 of the updates were over 5GB. I used that cable because it was available at the nice price of free to use.

    Do i need to be in the truck with the door closed to do updates? I have searched this thread but couldn't find the answer. I know some require a door open and close cycle for the truck to complete the updates. Can some modules be updated with the door open and others not? Sitting in the truck...

    Here is a shot of my sync info. The 1.7.1 update attempt was before they installed the new APIM. The new APIM was installed Monday.
