Very same experience. Try charging battery. This got me through a couple OTA updates. I eventually had to replace the battery.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Since I usually make short trips, was hoping that connecting a battery charger /power supply might solve it. I’ll wait and see if it loads. If not, might have to get a 2 day license to overcome this one.

With the help and guidance of this forum, I successfully updated to current via FDRS during the last weekend in May. While continuing to follow this thread, I’ve disabled OTA updates even though I’ve never received one (to my knowledge.) Although I’m not experiencing any issues that I know of...

OK, I've been reading this forum for several weeks. I have my FDRS license and Mongoose. Recommended Power Supply connected - 13.6V. Have this weekend blocked out to apply updates. Struggling right out of the gate. Stuck at 1.7.1. No version displayed, cant toggle update schedule sliders...

Been reading thread for a while and finally joined a while back. I have a Job 2 (I believe as I have a blend date of 7/10 and build date of 7/28) truck, Platinum trim. Stuck at 1.7.1. Took to dealer here and they said they couldn't do anything. I Have all the special cables and adapters...
