Weak center console armrest spring?

Does anyone else have a center console that doesn’t keep the armrest up when you open it? When I open mine, it drops almost all the way back down to an inch or two from closing.

This is a non-workspace armrest, if that matters.

It’s common and there are threads somewhere about jamming a few coins in the spring I believe to fix it.

No worries. Sometimes trying to find something specific on her only works when someone else remembers seeing it before.
