I did not get that letter because I didn't have a delay receiving my truck due to the chip shortage.
I was one of the early birds that received my truck in January, before the chip shortage was a thing.

However, I received the following email this morning.....new thread?

I've only had my truck in the shop twice for module updates, but have had zero issues before or since the updates. Still a little under 2k miles, so haven't even had an oil change yet.

put in your VIN and Order # it will tell you if you qualify. I will tell you the 3/16 order that delivered 6/22 did not qualify. The 3/16 order that is still on hold did qualify.

That's even better because 42000 Rewards points is like $210 so that's like $250

So apparently my order does not qualify. Ordered on 3/11 and truck still hasn't reached production. KCAP build
