Even if mine is on the way finally I hear your frustration and feel it as well. It has soured my feelings toward ford. I wouldn't cancel. You could sell it for more then you are paying for assuming you worked a deal. At this point I don't think ford cares if you cancel and your dealer probably hopes you do. Good luck everyone. That helps but it’s still really really really (did I mention really?) fucking frustrating (excuse my military mouth) especially with orders after ours are getting rolled out before ours.

I certainly understand. I pulled every string and pushed every button I could think of to get my truck broke loose. Luckily I must have pushed the right one among the many I pushed. I just didn't sit back and accept the awful situation and lack of communication from Ford.

Well I had a 2018 XLT Sport 302A, the biggest difference between the two in the height, one really has to "Slide Out" instead of step out like in the XLT. It is very solid, no rattles, rides a little harder than the 2018 but it was 2 wheel versus my current 4 Wheel with the FX4 package. One would never know it sat for several months.

Interesting you say it rides harder, compared to my 2015 I definitely feel like my new 2021 is buttery smooth. My 2015 was a pretty rough ride on bumpy roads (And we have a lot here in New England…)

After 3 months of phone calls, emails, letters, conversations with dealer GM and regional Ford rep... and the new order I put in last week. The ETA on my first order updated this afternoon.

Still no release/built date, but I'll be curious to see what the Vehicle Visibility report says when the dealer gets back to me.

Today's update. Looks like it's actually happening. Primary status is "In Transit" even though there's no shipped date on the Ford Tracker.

Also, like others have said, palsapp still says "Status: pending" and "Destination Name: null".

The second image is from the mach-e tracker (https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details). It will show you the raw data without having to dig through the network panel for it and give you a direct link to your vehicle. I mostly use that one, but I still like to see what Ford's stupid tracker bar looks like when there's an update.

Yeah mine says that as well. Which numbers off the visibility report do you need to call in to the Train tracking?
