I certainly understand. I pulled every string and pushed every button I could think of to get my truck broke loose. Luckily I must have pushed the right one among the many I pushed. I just didn't sit back and accept the awful situation and lack of communication from Ford.
Well with some folks the glass was half empty, other folks the glass was half full. mine is half full, I got my truck which I am extremely happy about.
My build date was 3/17, I just received my truck a week ago. It sat for a few months in an obscure parking lot. Everything is fine with my truck, those months sitting did not hurt a bit. Thought I would add this instead of the doom and gloom.
Personally I like the Ford ones that came on my Lariat. I like the appearance better than either Husky or Weathertech. They don't cover quite as much area but not worth the extra bucks to replace them with something not as good looking.
Indiviually, each one a separate Email. Emailing all together I believe, is a waste of time. If any of them would be tempted to help, they could assume one of the others will so they don't bother.
Yes, It took right at a week before anyone got back to me. I would wait two weeks, and another Email to the same folks saying they must have missed your prior Email and you are becoming increasingly concerned. It took me two Emails to get action, a month apart.
