24 Normal Brake Pedal Noise?

I have a 2024 PowerBoost, and I've noticed a noise coming from the brake pedal at low speeds. It sounds like small bursts of pressure being released from the booster. Here's a video for reference (not mine, but the sound matches exactly). The issue started around 1,300 miles.

It seems worse when the weather is cold and nearly disappears when it's warmer (maybe 40ish F). There are no noticeable braking issues, but occasionally, the noise occurs. No noise when in park and pressing the brake

Has anyone else with a PowerBoost experienced this?

I haven't noticed anything like this in mine yet. I just crossed 1300 miles as well. One thing to note is that there isn't a traditional brake booster as there would be no vacuum when the truck is in electric mode so that probably isn't the source of the noise. I have to read into how the brake assist works on this truck as I'm still learning how the hybrid-specific systems work.

I see your in FL so maybe you wont get it being it usually is warmer there. Just seems temperature might have a play in it...I did have the radio volume much lower too that last few days so that could have played a role in it as well. Now it is something I just can't unhear....lol

I have the same issue as you. Doesn’t happen when is warmer like you said. The dealership already replaced the brake booster on Thursday. That fixed the issue for a few hours. The issue is back now. They have opened a case with Ford.

Theirs is a PB too? Today it is 2 degrees F and my garage is heated. First 30 minutes no sound then it started very faintly and you have to listen for it. Now it will sit outside for a couple of hours so will see later today.

Have a 23 XLT PB work truck that does the same thing. Definitely gets worse the colder it gets outside. Brakes do work fine though

The new booster seems to be better. It's -20 c here right and it's still making the noise but not as often.

PB here. 24k. Chicago. No noise. I did have a slight clunk when the linear actuator would start applying the ablative brakes for 10k miles or so. That has since gone away.

28 degrees F here today and very little noise. Every once in awhile but pretty quiet

Does anyone with this issue have a ABS update that needs to be done. On my truck the ABS needs to be updated. Wondering if this might fix the noise?
