Wow. thanks. I was not expecting that. It has been a long time.

Modules pending updates are below. For sure worth a $50 license. Doing all the updates below will allow you to enable the newer version of Bluecruise.

Would someone please check my truck to see where I am on OTA updates and what I need to be current? I haven't had an update in a while. Thanks!

Truck is still in the 4.x.x series of updates, so you are pretty behind. Based on vehicle history, APIM was replaced which means you most likely had the broken Sync version at some point which explains why you're behind. Modules pending updates are below. Last two OTA's you got were in May and nothing has been sent since, but you are getting updates so that's good. It will be a while before the OTA process gets you caught up.

Hello! I have a 2021 PB, I think it's a Job 1 truck. I haven't had any updates in nearly a year and hoping someone can tell me if I have any pending updates, OTA and otherwise...my VIN is 1FTFW1ED8MFB86626.

Great! Thanks for giving me that info. I check at least once a week to see if the version has changed.

Both your truck and @Jhathcote0558 are on Sync 23159 and not showing any pending updates for the APIM, GWM and TCU. This indicates your trucks are part of a batch of vehicles where Ford has not released a GWM module update needed for you guys to progress to the next Sync version. It is unclear if this bottleneck affects the ability to get updates to the other modules. You can do them with FDRS, but the OTA process may be paused until that update gets released. it is unclear if this "issue" is on purpose or due to a problem on Ford's side. Unfortunately, all you can do it wait.

Thanks for this information. Should I even bother bringing this up at the dealer?

No. This not something that dealers know about as Ford has never announced the issue. For all we know, Ford is doing it on purpose. Even if your dealer does all the updates you have pending, they still won't be able to do these because they aren't available for them to do.

Here you go.

Thanks for checking.

It’s kind of frustrating because I’ve received several of OTA updates recently and I’m still so far behind. Maybe I should just get a mongoose cable and do all of the updates via FDRS?

I wouldn't say you're behind. Your truck is on the latest Sync version and most of the updates you have pending are to ancillary modules that aren't going to give you anything new. With the exception of the PSCM/IPMA updates that will give you improved driver assist functions, there is no benefit from being fully up to date. I will never deter someone from going the FDRS route, but you are not as behind as you think.

2022 F-150 PowerBoost
Hi, I'm looking to see if anyone would be able to check on my 2022 Powerboost status. It feels like it's been awhile since I have seen a successful update come through.

I'm in the situation where I do a lot of short trips and I know it runs the battery charge down which limits my update opportunities. I'm just curious where the truck is in terms of updates.

Thanks
