I know they told you to pound sand but I would have been on the horn with my credit card company to dispute the charges. You paid for goods and didn't receive them. Should be pretty cut and dry. Usually the credit card company will refund you immediately. Let them worry about getting the money back.

Picked up a set of RCSB vinyl floor only mats. FYI---They come with the mat retainer pins that you have to install, so no need to order them separately.....like I did ?‍ ANYWAY, I still need to install them. I did get the Ford tailgate damper installed, but ended up jacking up my T50 torx bit. Also got the ESI tailgate seal installed and I'll check how it did after a good rainstorm or a trip through the car wash. Still have to put the little corner moldings on the rear wheel well to get rid of the micro mud/rock flaps Ford put there.

Tested built in navigation without subscription since it ran out few days ago. Can still tell truck to "take me home" and speak an address and get there. I was thinking the voice functions would die with subscription. Only thing it doesn't have is the traffic data and obviously the maps won't update. Seems fine to me. The Ford traffic routing was psycho anyway. Google maps just tells me to sit in traffic and deal with it not route me in a zig zag.

Installed a Fitcam dash cam kit in my truck this morning. Had this morning my Rebel and loved how easy it was to install, to use, and the quality of footage is awesome for the price.

I pulled the rear blocks and did a quick chrome delete of the running boards. I’m going to redo them at some point as I’m not super happy but they are better than the chrome! Now I just need to black out my side vents and front end. New wheels will be on the way soon as well then should be about complete on the exterior.

I'd rather drive 50 more miles and not sit 1 min. in traffic
I don't use Ford navigation and certainly not planning on paying for it when it expires.

It gets a lot of hate but routing in my experience is same as Google maps for the little I've used either. I just can't stand Android Auto murdering my innocent phone battery and providing almost no benefits in return not already handled by the Ford system.
