This thread and the Jan/feb blended thread are not as lively as before. That’s either because most people have received their ordered truck, or don’t care anymore. For the record, I’ve not received my truck and I do care.
Same happened in the Build Week 4/29 thread.

For me.. once I saw Job 2 trucks go on QC hold with no ETA, I threw up my arms (virtually) and gave up. Exhausted all options to get more information.. at this point it's just "wait until it's not worth waiting for any more".

I think Job 2 not going smoothly (excluding the 63X option) is becoming the proverbial "nail in the coffin". Once the trucks start moving, the excitement will return. That said, we'll need to see some incentives by that point as these are the most expensive trucks right now, and we are approaching the half-year point.

I think it’s more than just PAT. I took 63X with a build week of 4/22.

I’m on hold with absolutely no idea why. Likely PB related as non-PB builds appear to be progressing.

My truck needs to make it from KC to Granger. Stay safe all - I don't miss these days in the Midwest.

I'm thinking there is a possiblity of a bad/faulty component that is shared across different power plants, or trim levels, etc. My 3.5EB is also on hold (blended 5/2).

I ordered a RCSB back in October that has been in limbo for months. I found out last week that it was damaged during the March hail storm in Kansas City. Ford offered an additional $1500 rebate due to the repaired hail damage but I decided to cancel and will not be getting that truck.

I don’t blame you. I would probably tell them to build me a new one since they decided to let it sit instead of delivering to the dealer.

Not a chance I’m taking a damaged truck.

That sucks! Are you going to place another order?

I just spoke to Chip at Granger Ford. My truck is there, along with about 40 others they've received very recently. He mentioned the hail damage rebate and said their work is guaranteed, so I'll wait for Granger to do their quality check-in. I'm only 2 hrs away, so the short drive is well worth the savings of 4% below invoice. With the military and hail discount, I'll be below $40k when it's all done. We both agreed that Ford should just be up front with customers (and dealers) about what is actually going on, instead of generalizing everything as a "quality assurance hold". Just tell us the truth and stop BS'ing us !!!

Mine is one of those 40, but can't get there until the first part of June. Hoping there's no storm damage in the meantime and that I won't have to avoid flying cows on the drive back.

Sorry to ask a silly question but my order tracker just went backwards from “In Production” to “Order Confirmed”
I feel like I read here before that may be a good sign???
