Engine bay and hood underside are white on a silver painted truck?

Just notice the engine bay and the underside of the hood are white and the truck is silver anyone else have this going on. Its a 23 powerboost xlt

It has been posted numerous times. Apparently certain colors do not get engine bay paint. I never saw a reason why. Mostly because mine is painted so I didn't read all the way through.

Or hood replaced in factory. it happens.

The underside of my 21 velocity blue XLT WAS black with blue overspray.
God had different plans and after replacing the hood and roof due to a hail incident it is now blue top and bottom.

Is this a trim level issue? For some of you with a different color underside, what trim is your truck? I see OP is XLT. Are there any Lariats or higher with this condition?

General question - do any Gen14 trim levels come with the felt hood insulator pads? I know you can buy an OEM insulator ML3Z-16738-E - Hood Insulation Pad 2021-2023 Ford F-150 | Ford Parts Direct (oemfordpartsdirect.com) but unclear if only trims at/below XLT don't have them or if no trims have them anymore.

Whether they actually do reduce noise is another matter...
