Thank you for looking this up. Are these the updates that are queued to download and install but aren't for some reason?

I really cant say for sure..Rugedraw would be able to look in PTS and see if anything is coming your way.. if not you would need to use FDRS to update.

I am thinking I might get a mongoose. Haven’t got any updates in almost a year and it is killing me. Was wondering how many updates I have pending and how long they will take.

Hi Steve...that is just the Ford God's getting our hopes up and then bring us crashing down. It is THE PHANTOM UPDATE. I have been getting it for about a month now.

Yep super frustrating. I got that phantom update over a dozen times since Dec 5 but was finally able to break on thru to the other side yesterday.
It wouldn’t have been nearly as frustrating to just wait for the next OTA without the constant teasing. Felt like poor ol‘ Charlie Brown being assured by Lucy it was going to be alright to kick the football this time but would end up on my back each time.

I get a phantom update all most every other day.. have been since about October I really don't even count on OTA stuff any more..

These are updates in the server that are pending, but they are not queued up to install. That happens with the OTA process which has nothing to do with FDRS.

You're missing the 6.x.x updates. You aren't terribly behind. Last OTA you got was 4.2.4 in August, so it hasn't been a year.

You are way past the 4.x.x updates. You're by 6.8.0 and you have OTA 23-PU1113-UNX-DC sitting in your queue right now which will install the next time you start your truck.

I do see 23B21 open in your VIN, and I also see 22G06 to add the heated steering open for your VIN, too. I would make the appointment and the upgrade and GWM update done, too.
