Hi,
We'll be buying our first travel trailer next month. Towing with an F-150 (yet to be purchased - could be a new '23 or something used, as the '24 Lariat PB that we ordered won't be in until at least late March). The TT will have a dry weight of 5k, a GVWR of 7k. Towing shouldn't be an issue, but payload could be. We definitely want to err on the side of safety and are thinking about ponying up for the ProPride hitch. If you have any thoughts on this, on weight distributing and articulating hitches in general, or specific recs on hitches, we'd welcome the input. Thanks!
