Request VIN Lookup Thread

@MattLikesBikes Modules pending updates are below. The list may not look like much, but certain updates have to be installed in sequence......particularly APIM, GWM and TCU. If the GWM on the list gets updated, it should cause more updates to pop up on the list.

Thank you! Service tech swore it didn't need any updates. Is this from the toolbox tab of FDRS? On the F250 forum somebody mentioned to look there for a list.

Thanks, brother. I was able to move back into my side of the house last Saturday. The other side of the house is a whole other story. That's going to take months. Now that I got my house back, we're good. There is some kind of normalcy back.

PTS shows you got 4.3.6 yesterday. As far as OTAs go, you are missing the latest APIM update the the two 6.x.x GWM updates.

I can check FDRS for you later when I get home from work from my laptop.

Your truck has not recorded an OTA since it was built. It is still on the same software it left the factory with. I am not familiar with the Super Duty update schedule, but that does not seem normal to me, especially for a Platinum that would have lots of bells and whistles.

Could someone please check my VIN for updates? When I started my truck this morning, the infotainment system behaved unusual this morning with what looked like a delayed start and reset. However, the system doesn’t show an update. My VIN is:

You're not alone. Yesterday when I left, I started my truck up and my Sync screen was frozen. After 15 seconds, it rebooted and was working as normal. I assumed it wan an OTA, so I checked for updates and my truck said PCM OTA 22-PU-1009-PPO-SI installed. This OTA was sent to me two months ago and failed due to a manifest mismatch. PTS did not show I got an update, and I did a network scan with FDRS when I got home, and the PCM update was still in the list of available updates, so I did not get it by OTA.

This morning, when I start my truck, again the Sync screen freezes for 15 seconds and then reboots and works like normal. No indication of an OTA today either and no relevant DTC's recorded, either. Very strange.

Anyway, no OTA action on your truck since you got 23-PU0724-DOM-RS on 9/18.
