My automatic start keeps deactivating, say “you have to drive the vehicle more often”or something like that...when it worked perfectly the couple weeks after I got it. I’ve seen some posts with the same issues. Anyone get help for this??
Also I should of mentioned it’s from the scheduled start section from the FordPass app. Thanks.

Does the app say that remote features are disabled? If it does it’s telling you the truck battery is low And you need to start it manually and drive it more to charge battery.

I had a similar issue. Turned out my zone lighting was powered on despite not being active. Was draining the battery causing my auto start stop to act up. Make sure that is off and drive around a bit to charge the battery back up. If that doesn't help sounds like a def. Battery/ charge issue.

I don’t believe it’s an issue with the vehicle, I believe it’s with the app, cuz it shuts of my scheduled start time off, and I have to enable it again, then it works fine. I’ll try to put a screen shot up when I get another message of it.

That does not appear to be a battery issue. Consider yourself lucky.
I know that..it’s on the app..I want to know why it does this and if there’s a way to avoid it.

The app can also show a possible battery issue when it sends a message that the truck is going into “deep sleep” mode. Ask me how I know.
