3.5.3 was sent to you on 1/26 but failed to download the needed files before the OTA expired. Same thing that has happened to many other people on here.

No OTA history on your truck and no OTA in queue at this time. Ford will eventually push the update out to you, but there is no way of telling when that will be and there is no way to force the update to be sent to you.

As far as Bluecruise, it should be active, but you need to have the setting on the right way for it to work. Make sure you have intelligent cruise control on, lane centering on, and lane keep assist on. If you have all three enabled, when you turn on the cruise control on a BC enabled highway, it should kick in.

Last time it was in the dealership in January it was to put on 22B08. They said it could not go on because Ford had just put a hold on 21G01 which impacted 22B08.

At that time you guys confirmed that that was indeed the reason that they could not put on 22B08.

It's almost two months later and I am hoping someone can help me understand where I stand what course of action I should take from here.

I would like to get current and to get BlueCruise activated.

That is not the latest Sync, no. However, that is software from 2022 and if you have that, your BC should work. You have a 2022. It's trucks like this guy below that were built without it with the promise they would get it via OTA.

21G01 is still on hold, so they won't update you all the way to BC even though you do have the 21G01 campaign listed on your VIN. However, they can apply TSB 22-2404 to your truck to at least get your truck out of OTA limbo where at least you will have a chance to get OTA's.

Honestly, I don't see what 2404 or 22B08 have to do with the 21G01 hold. The reason there is a hold on 21G01 is because during the process of updating a truck all the way up to BC, you have to update the IPC and there is a possibility on an issue with that part of the update. 2402 is newer than 22B08, so it is possible that 2404 replaced the 22B08, but I am not entirely sure. What I do know is that if you go to @CSM post on the previous page of this thread, his dealer just performed 2404 on his truck and got it un-stuck. Why another dealer can't do the same is beyond me. They can bill Ford for the labor.

Map is out of date. There is TSB 22-2494 so dealer can update the map. Hopefully that will get BlueCruise going.
