Ongoing issue with the onboard computer system

Hello,
First time posting here. I have been having an ongoing issue with the onboard computer system in my truck. The GPS randomly starts and stops working. It will also just turn on and start sending me to a random location with voice directions. It drops phone calls or won't call while using blue tooth. Ford car play and the apps work intermittently. I keep getting random error messages on my screen. This has been going on for over 4 months. The dealer kept my truck for 7 straight days trying to upload a repair to my computer. They were unsuccessful and said there was nothing else they could do until Ford engineers find a way to fix it. Is this true?? I have a $ 65,000 truck that has a computer system dosent work correctly and is still under warranty. Anyone have this same issue or have any ideas??

@Jesse-Infotainment might be able to help figure out what ROM flashing your system might need or might be stuck with. Others will chime in here as well ..potentially weak/bad battery...
