Perfect - Thanks partner!
Can you verify if your window sticker showed ambient lights or not? My 801a raptor on order does not, so I don’t know if they automatically have ambient lighting or it’s 100% deleted :(

The widow sticker for my 2022 Lariat has ambient light listed as a line option. You'll see it at the top.

I belive all the high package trims (e.g. 502a, 402a, 801a, etc.) contain the ambient lighting. My 402A didn't have it on the window sticker either but comes with it. You should be good.

If was finally warm enough for me to add the cup holder lights today. Thanks to John for the update on not having to pull the whole console out. I was nervous pulling the center trim piece up enough to get the cup holder torxs out, but there is room. I was surprised how much flex the trim piece has. At least mine does. I won’t guarantee it will work for you, but if you’re reasonably careful there is plenty of room. Probably took me 45 minutes total. 10 minutes of that was figuring out the mounting screws for the cup holder are # 10 torxs. With John’s cable it’s very easy to add this.

I hadn't thought about the process yet because I am still waiting for more parts to show up before I go get everything form the dealer. Is there any posted pictures, or info, on how to get everything apart?

I purchased the cup holder and lights fir the storage bin, the upper and lower glovebox lights. I realize I will need to make a hole for the upper glove box light to fit.

I don’t own an F150, but I think I did a pretty good job laying the install out step by step in the first post. If you get stuck anywhere ask, there’s tons of guys who have done it who can answer anything I might not be able to answer.

Installed the cup holder today! Ended up pulling the console back about 2in, also had to run up to Home Depot for a T20 bit as all my bits are with my cordless drill that I can’t find for the life of me…

Wasn’t too bad of an install honestly thought it was going to take longer.

I have a small gap with the top of the dash trim part (hockey stick) it doesn’t seem to be that flush anymore… seems like on both sides, maybe some adjustments are in order… I’ll post a picture later. Thanks again @JHForman812 for the harness,

I kinda want to do the glovebox now at some point too I think.

you didnt get the hockey sticks back in correctly. pull them back off and look theres a catch that you didnt get inserted correctly(ive done it myself a couple times). youre talking about there being a gap at the top of the hockey stick near the radio now correct?

Yeah, I had a feeling it just wasn't aligned right, the plastic feel durable so I don't think I bent it or anything... I saw the two catches that slide in, I am assuming the top one didn't slide into its hole correctly. Luckily they are easy to take off.

Once you got the console pulled back how hard was it to hook up the harness? Nice job there!

It’s not that hard at all to reconnect all of the harnesses. I’ve taken it apart a couple times now
