I couldn’t get it to work either. Relied on vin view. Some people have said that the csx rail service works. Try this.
CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Yea I’m going to try that again. I spoke the letters and numbers and they were correct but it gave me wrong info. Said my truck was released in Minnesota in May 2022. Lmao. I just read a post from a while ago that said to enter the number for TTGX and do some other crap. I’ll try it later. The things we go through to track our trucks ??

When you enter the numbers for TTGX you have to first hit the number where the T is and then hit the number location on the dial. So for TTGX you need to hit 8-1-8-1-4-1-9-2.
It never registered by voice prompt for me. Also it didn’t work for me either but other guys got it to work. Mine always said Wisconsin unloaded 10/22. This is why I loved vin view. Was never in the dark

Vin view would be nice. I was just thinking I have a buddy that works at Ford dealership but in Tennessee (I’m in Texas). I’m going to ask him about vin view and see if he can sign me up. Not sure if it has to come from my specific dealer. That would be nice if he could!

It’s just off of vin. I would assume he can.

Truck arrive to a port that’s 4 hours away. Should be arriving to the dealer in 2-4 days. Fingers crossed.

Checked my tracker and says it's at my dealership for final preparation! Going to check in with my salesman and see when it'll be ready for pick up.

Checked the order tracker this morning and it actually showed up yesterday, bit of back and forth over 3 days. Got the call from my salesman, going through PDI today and aiming to pick it up on Saturday!
