@JL2021 mine's doing the exact same thing and @rugedraw said many other trucks are stuck at the same point. Always at the 4th file download. Nothing we can do I guess. The update campaign expires on/around Feb 7 so we have about a week and a half for the system to figure it out ?

Not at all. It is going through for some and not for others. The only thing you can do to try and help it is connect it to a charger to keep your battery voltage up, but at this point, you gotta wait for to be sent to you again.

Trust me, I've asked. My battery has been on a Noco Genius 10 (10 amp charger) overnight Tuesday night and last night just in case it was battery SOC-related. It's not. And my truck spends all day in a business park with solid wifi signal connected to the truck and strong AT&T cellular service (how trucks are getting OTA updates) so signal reception for file downloading is not the issue. I don't think it's anything in our power to control/correct.

So there's a data point that his truck did not complete the download and install over a 14-day period. Crap. Wish there was someone to talk to at @Ford Motor Company why some trucks are getting stuck during file download!

Can we go to the dealer and get these updates performed, 3.5.3 and 4? I’ve been on 3.5.2 since 10/7.

I know for 2.8.1 IIRC I had to have mine on my old school battery charger for force it through.

2022 job 2 truck got 3.5.2 Oct 12 but nothing since. Was a journey getting this truck - ordered Jan, built in June, chip hold for several weeks at plant, then 3 months in rail yard 2 hrs away from my dealer for flickering lights. Finally got it in Oct! Have 2 recalls on it already- flickering lights (which by the way mine still flicker so not sure what they did for 3 months in rail yard), and wiper motor. Oh I have max tow, so waiting on axle bolt to break or a class action lawsuit to go thru! Despite all this, damn and much to my surprise, I really love this truck. Now if I could get 3.5.3 for full screen and dual phone functionality it would just increase the love!

I received 3.5.2 on 1/11 and just got 3.5.3.2 today. Interestingly enough I disconnected from my home WiFi and forgot the network yesterday. Did a bit of driving today and was never connected to WiFi and lo and behold it installed this afternoon. Not saying it’s a sure fire way to get an OTA but I’d try disconnecting from WiFi to see if it pushes through cellular. For those stuck on a current campaign, might as well try whatever you can between now and 2/7 when it expires.
