10/24/22 - Build Week - MY 23

Just got a text from my salesman that my truck was received at the local railyard yesterday. He says should be on the lot in the next couple days. I may be able to pick it up before the end of the year, I suspect they want to make that happen.

Really can't complain, 4 months from order to delivery seems like a pretty good turnaround compared to many I've seen. I wasn't expecting it for a couple more months.

Last week my Ford pass activation got denied. Ever since that, when I try to activate it again it doesn’t go into pending activation. I get an error. Has anyone seen a correlation with this, and their vehicle getting closer to being shipped?

This error makes me think maybe the truck is in deep sleep mode, or somewhere where the signal is bad and it can’t connect.

that is odd, I try mine every other day, I get the usual "there was an error and we were unable to complete..."

but I am sitting at activation pending. SO I think I am at the mercy of someone moving the truck pushing the accept on the screen when it starts, and I am sure they are probably told NOT to do just that.

curiously tho, we were both "built" on the same day, your truck is very similar to mine. but I went the V8 route, where was yours built? mine is sitting in Dearborn.

Ford ESP 60mo/125,000miles premium- $2955 "dealer cost"; I think Granger has same (includes rental, key and lights) $1855. Granger is online, phone calls were not going through. Does that price for Granger sound right?
