Which Forscan unit is best to purchase?

I’ve been following the Forscan threads and I had a couple of questions. Which Forscan unit is best to purchase? And if I ever had issues with my 22 Xlt 4x4 and took it to the dealership can they tell I’ve messed with it? I’m mostly interested in the Bambi mode and possibly adding the Hill decent to my none fx4 .

Others may disagree but I like this one the best. No issue with bluetooth connections, super reliable and relatively cheap.

I went with this one after numerous rave reviews on this site. They weren't wrong. It works perfect and I can leave it in the truck all the time. No messing with wires. If you have issues with Bluetooth connectivity then it's probably your laptop.

If you also want to do software update someday via FDRS, go for the Mongoose. Otherwise the ones listed above are fine.

I'm sorry, but what is Bambi mode? After reading so much on here about Forscan I'm seriously thinking about purchasing one.

Just bought the same one last week (OBD Link EX), and everything worked great.

I second the OBD Link EX. Have been flawless for me for 2.5 years of ownership/use. Well I take that back, there is one thing. Trying to remember where I put it the last time I used it when I get the urge to go fiddling.
