Chip hold My22 & My23

Thank you. I purchased from Granger in Iowa so it's there. It was delivered to them on 9/30. I'm flying up and driving it back to Austin in 2 weeks.

I seriously hope they have not lost your truck. I've heard staffing shortages in the rail and trucking industries. Maybe it's time to email the executives listed on this website.

Yes, I emailed the execs last week. Corri replied and said she's contacting the shipping dept. I surely hope someone there can get to the bottom of it, or at least pick up a phone and call BNSF. You'd think Ford would be interested if BNSF misplaced a truck.

Awesome, hopefully they can figure it out. I would think Ford would seriously want trucks that have already shipped to be delivered. It's money in the bank with the truck being a few steps away.

I'm posting to try to give hope. My truck was on chip hold for 30 days. The trend last month was almost every truck had at minimum of 30 day chip hold. Have you gotten a VVR lately?

Damn!!! You are at 2 months before the next update, no guarantee it will be off chip hold on the next update. I've seen several PB folks say they are taking longer. I don't have a PB so I've not been watching them specifically.

I'm starting to think Ford is using "Micro chip hold" for any type of hold, IE badges, or other parts.
I wonder if anyone is tracking which options are taking longer.

Thought I have been in transit the last two weeks. Now I find out I am stuck at a railyard in New Boston MI., what the f. Ford could not set up this system to piss people of harder if they tried. I have no idea how you people at the year mark are keeping it together. Christ a 3 year old could communicate better. I should know I used to be one.

Tip for anyone tracking CSX on phone in future. Instead of trying to say the letters just type them. For the letter A you type 21, B 22, C 23, etc...
My railcar# is CTTX694651, so I had to type 23818192 for the letters CTTX....then just type the numbers when asked.

I am right there with you. Been "In transit" for 15 days come to find out it's just sitting at the plant in Missouri this whole time. Confirmed with Jack Cooper they have not picked it up yet and "don't know when it will get picked up." I'm about over it.

Got an update from Ford executive office today and she told me I should have an update October 15-21. My dealer shows I should have an update by October 7th. Who knows! I'm still sitting at 955 modules.

My rail car is TTGX986011 and when I call into CSX it tells me my location is in Indiana and was delivered 9/18, so I assuming this maybe when and where it had it's last delivery and mine hasn't really started shipping yet. My VVR says shipped 10/2 with ETA start of 10/12 and ETA end 10/18.

Probably hasn't moved yet. It will tell you the location it left from, going to and final destination. Mine last left Louisville headed for Georgia, final stop Dixiana, SC.
