Finally got railcar, it was in some city(could not understand the name) in Missouri headed to Kansas City. Hopefully it will not take long to get on a truck to Granger.

I've also heard all Lariats and above trims are missing IP clusters and that's what's causing the month+ delays.

Those dates given by Ford chat or 800 number are absolutely worthless and based on nothing.

How did you find out what parts you are missing?

I have a family member who is a supervisor at Ford. He reached out to one of his fellow supervisor peeps at the Dearborn assembly and by their powers combined they were not captain planet but instead apparently located my truck my truck and that was the parts it was missing. One point I’d like make sure which is the likelihood of my idiot cousin giving his contact the wrong information is extremely high which make the information i received questionable at best. Despite the skewed feedback, anything is significantly better than what the Ford hotline and chat has provided during my boredom fueled annoyance calls.

It will sit a couple days and then it should move into some name that has 4 letters followed by building. It starts with a R but thats where they unload since thats also when my ford pass booby trap got denied.

It sounds like Mixcenter however I've listened to it 5 times and can't fully understand it. Worst IVR voice ever.

I wonder what kind of turd i will end up receiving with everything that is missing and installed after the fact. I'd imagine I'm about to become a familiar face at my local dealership service lane once my truck is released from chip jail.

you might be on the last step before unloading then. That name is super hard to make out. Mines going to granger too, I planned to check this afternoon sometime and see what they say. I think its ramp 19 that you sit at waiting for the truck ride if I remember from posts months ago by other granger guys.

That lines up with the missing 720 modules in the as-built data. I assume youre referring to the full digital cluster?

you might be on the last step before unloading then. That name is super hard to make out. Mines going to granger too, I planned to check this afternoon sometime and see what they say. Our trucks might get to Granger at the same time depending on how long it takes for them to get a ride over.
My VVR from this morning shows 9/28 to 10/4 for delivery. Not sure I'm believing that though. LOL

My original delivery quote was 9/26-10/2 so technically still on track even though thats a very generic generated time window but I am going to check in about 4 or 5 hours to see what ford chat tells me is going on. I also have to get in touch with chip pretty soon here as well since I have a trade in to work out so I'll see what he says as well.
