I’m so confused. My truck is showing in transit from my dealer, but on the far right there’s a note showing “chip hold at plant”. Attached are my modules and at the end the infamous “g”. Anyone have this same issue? Talked to chat today with 2 different agents. One said it shipped one said it’s at the plant lol. ?

I'm in the same status. Dealer checked and "Micro Chip At Plant On Hold". It hasn't shipped yet.

that at least makes sense. If there’s a hold it won’t ship but mine has shipped and has a hold lol?

I think it typically represents the end of the module list and all the modules have been added. At this point, the vehicle is pretty much built. (assuming no chip holds)

I’m in the 8/15 week, my blend date isn’t until 8/18. The G is there whether there are modules or not. As to its significance…? Ya got me. I just took the below screenshot.

Maybe it just signifies the end of the list, empty or not. It looks like it's meant to be machine readable, so maybe that's just the end of file marker.

Passed a sad milestone today. Based on ordertrack.app stats, 500 "similar" vehicles in the In Production status. It was about 334 when I went into production on 7/20. 165 added in 4 weeks, and that's only the ones ordertrack knows about that match the similar model and trim. I wonder how many trucks are really sitting waiting on a chip.

Maybe that was a good milestone... Just moved to Awaiting Shipment over night!! It looks like they may have received some of the missing chips and got some trucks out. I hope they got thousands and can get everyone's done now.

Nice stuff, yea for me it's about 140 similar vehicles in status. Who knows maybe the more vehicles in the same status the better, knock out big ones first perhaps. I just hope I see some movement this week, my blend date was 26th.

Hopefully they got enough chips to keep them flowing, and they'll knock them all out this week. Given that, there should fill up rail cars quickly and hopefully we won't be Awaiting Shipping very long. Good luck to everyone this week!

Mine finally went to awaiting shipment. The total similar vehicles went down by 90 from the last time I had looked at it too. @rpold150 did you get any more progression on yours?

Hi @Tremor45, I moved to Awaiting Shipment on the 16th and then refreshed my browser last night before going out and it popped up with Shipped.

Interesting that the ordertrack app showed Awaiting Shipment one day before the Ford tracker, and last night, the Ford tracker showed Shipped and the Order tracker app was still Awaiting Shipment, and only moved to In Transit over night.

Both times, I got the Ford update email the next morning.

I'm surprised there are so few in this build week. I think there are only 3 of us in the build tracker spreadsheet.

Yes, I would agree. I got my dealer to confirm chip hold by looking at their vehicle visibility report. Got lucky and moved to built the next day. I think they are working through them, so hopefully you'll get finishes soon.
