I'm curious how long it takes to get tracing info after a railcar number has been issued? No tracing info available, 25 hours after receiving it from chat. My truck is NS out of Melvindale.

Mine went on CSX. I wasnt able to get any updates from the railroad until it was physically loaded onto the rail car. It then sat in the rail yard for a few days before it started in route. Even still, I saw that it was in their possession.
Your truck may still be sitting in the lot.

Same. Got the shipped email yesterday morning. Just called with Railcar info and they had nothing. Norfolk Southern. I’m on rail car 991210

Yup, im sadly aware it's just sitting at Ramp 58. I'm getting antsy since I'm so close to ending this horrible experience.

I remember from some previous threads there was a 21 day window they had to deliver it in from the final stop. Tried looking and couldn't find it.

I caller United Roads and the person mentioned they don't have enough drivers. I watched as 3 separate deliveries were made with about 7 vehicles each last week. Really hoped mine would have been on one of them.

I heard the 21 day deal also. Not sure how that works when it will eventually be in the hands of 3 different carriers if you count Vehi-Ship from Ramp 59 to Ramp 58.

I agree, so many different hands on the trucks where do you start. Hopefully yours gets rolling and makes it for the August trip.

Just gave United Roads a call to see any ETA for my truck. She mentioned there isn't enough drivers on the East Coast. So if your truck is being delivered by them expect to keep waiting.

This is ridiculous and I have emailed the 3 executives everyday for the past 6 days and nothing but crickets.
