Email the executives to voice your frustration. They do see the emails. I got a call from an executive assistant today to let me know my ETA is now 7/31. She said they are getting frustrated because of how much time this is wasting for the executives. I say keep emailing them so they understand our frustration.

Which email and what was the ladies name? I emailed and got a call back last Monday from a lady and she was going to get some info and get back to me. I have called her back twice and left her messages and she has not returned them. All I want to know is why my truck has not been shipped 115 days after being built.

I realized something today - my FordPass activation requests early in Jan were cancelled. The one I submitted around Jan 26 is still pending.

That means that the damn truck hasn't been powered on or worked on since then because if they did turn it on, the console would prompt for FordPass activation and they'd cancel it like all the other times.

Those executives have a job because of customers. Boo freakin hoo on wasting time, welcome to the club, etc. At least they can do something to reduce the wasted time, we sure as hell can't.

I emailed the three executives listed here. I did them individually and went director, then VP, then the Ford family member last. I forget the name of the woman who called me today because I was doing yard work when I took the call. I explained that I understood they can’t build a truck without parts but I could not understand why the truck won’t ship and why nobody at Ford will talk to customers about this stuff.

This is what everyone has kind of compiled together. The early on builds in the beginning of the year were missing the 754 modules and had no activation button. If you're activation button came up your truck was alive. If you have the pending pop up there's a good chance that when they move the vehicle the prompt will show up and they'll deny it. That will give you an app notification showing it was denied. Mine was denied twice, first I got a built email 2 days after deny then again after it was shipped out.

Not 5 minutes after I posted that I got a call from her. Only positive news was that she said first time she checked it was on plant hold and today she said it shows awaiting shipment which is what I have been seeing for 115 days. All I can do is hope

Just received a railcar number, my truck is at least load on Norfolk Southern. Now I gotta search this forum and figure out how to track it

It's really easy. Mine is making some decent progress (by my account). For Norfolk Southern:

1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Option 2 for intermodal, then Option 2 again to trace
3. Input numerical value for the first two letters of your rail car
4. Input rail car number
5. Confirm
6. Wait 23 seconds
7. Try to understand what BFE city the automated prompt says your railcar last checked through

Obviously your situation is a bit different than mine and a number of others.
I can say that I tried to activate my truck after the build, when it allowed me to, and it has been pending ever since. I know the truck has been moved a few times and is still in route to the dealership.
I think it just depends on who is in your vehicle for whatever reason. Some people may cancel it out and others just don’t care and do nothing with the activation prompt.

No change to mine. Still showing plant hold. The ship window was Jul 16-Jul 22.

I am traveling overseas the next three weeks, but I want to keep the pressure going so it’s ready when I return.

I'm curious how long it takes to get tracing info after a railcar number has been issued? No tracing info available, 25 hours after receiving it from chat. My truck is NS out of Melvindale.
