We could try a coordinated email campaign to Andrew Frick, VP of sales for the US and Canada. The most common email format at Ford is listed as [email protected] and second is firtnamelastinitial; so we can email him everyday asking why peoples trucks completed after ours have already shipped while ours waits.

Update: I was able to guess his email address by getting non-delivery reports for ones that do not work. His email address appears to be [email protected] .

I sent an email asking for an explanation of how trucks finished months later can ship before trucks sitting around waiting to get shipped. We'll see if he answers.
Well, I emailed my concerns and frustrations. I’ve been “awaiting shipment“ since 5/20, with several ETA changes. I can confirm that I’m not a chip/part hold. I’m just part of some dumb shipping constraint(s). I know others have been waiting a while as well. What makes no sense is those who were built after mine already took delivery or about to take delivery. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy for those who have or are about to take delivery. I’m simply confused on how Ford is handling this.

Yeah, that's basically what I asked. How does it make sense to ship a truck that was just finished when people are waiting for trucks that have been done for months. I basically pointed out that those waiting know for the most part they are being screwed and people are getting pissed and please explain the logic behind that shipping strategy.

I've emailed as well. Groups in numbers have better chances at being heard. Just hope it's not sent to spam, filtered out of their email box, or an assistant just deletes it.

A screenshot from a user on another forum. Look at the dates! Mine has been sitting since 5/20. ?

Thats why I'm not going into anymore threads with dates past ours, not worth it.

I was trying not to. I came upon that by accident and couldn‘t avert my eyes. On the plus side. My dealer just sent me a screen of the dealer’s report right after posted that. Its the line highlighted in gray. If true, its later than the original ETA, but better than the August ETA. The reason it’s listed as dealer stock is a long convoluted story in itself, to make the story short, crap happened with my actual order, but thankfully they had this one on the way and reserved it for me..with a deposit and proper documents of course.

Driveway photos. Picked up yesterday from the dealership. 3.5 hour drive each way, but was worth it. MSRP was $66,530, I got the truck for $60,395 before TTL. Not as steep of a discount as some of the below invoice dealers but I also didn’t have to fool with a plane ticket or a 10 hour drive home. Worth it for me.

As for the truck, I hate to be that guy, but the wait was WORTH IT. The fit and finish on this is better than my wife’s 2020 Infiniti QX80. I practically have to slam the doors to close them. Interior is just incredible to me. There will be quirks I discover for certain, but coming from a ‘13 XLT, I might as well be piloting a X35 right now.

initial mods include tint and bedliner handled by the dealer, bed cover, rear wheel well liners, and replaced the FM antenna. Going to put a screen protector on the infotainment screen, and I should be done for a little while.

Love this truck.

Well, my truck arrived! Sadly, I ended up buying something else in the meantime, but here’s some pictures. It was tempting to trade in my recent purchase for it. Congrats to you guys with your new F-150s, they’re beautiful!

It appears the "band-aid" has become under promise over deliver, heck, seems like half the Sept. -Oct. eta trucks in this thread look like they'll be taking deliver in June.

I'm not saying that's a good band-aid, but I'd rather have that then get a late June ETA, then in late June, get a late July ETA, etc. etc.
That’s exactly what had happened to me. I’ve gone from 6/4 all the to August now. Each push has happened when I get close to the ETA. Dealer has confirmed that it is NOT on a chip or part hold. The real kick in the head is that was actually supposed to have been loaded on Thursday but for some reason it didn’t get loaded, which somehow pushed all the way to August.

I’m assuming, “no”, but has anyone received a response, even an automated one?

3rd ETA now this time a different pattern it was middle of the week to middle of the next week. Now it is 6/25 - 7/1 (a full calendar week. has anyone seen a correlation with this kind of pattern change?

I’ve been pushed 3 or 4 times now.
Each time is just as an ETA gets close. I’ve gone from 6/4 all the way to August currently.

Nothing yet, hopefully it's just a weekend

Nothing yet, hopefully it's just a weekend and come back in tomorrow on a Monday but sadly they don't care I bet.

After getting built on 5/30 they've kept the same 7/2-7/8 date for my ETA. Been trying ford chat for the glorious rail car number but still "released and awaiting shipping". Wondering if I'll be another one that goes past their ETA and doesn't get a newer one.

So my 7th and 8th ETA's were ranges of a full week. the 1st 6 were a specific date. Not sure what the correlation with weeks being given instead of dates.
