About removal of different options…I have screenshots of my WS from different past dates up to today. Everything is still there. I’m awaiting shipment and have been built since 5/20 with a blend date of 5/14. I got lucky and nothing was removed…or my WS has never updated properly which I hope is not the case.

Now, I gotta ask what was your “built” date? I know things don‘t make sense with Ford, but it may give me a rough idea for mine...just maybe lol.

So delivery from Dearborn to Koons took 10 days?
Have you called or chatted with them? I had a few things happen that never showed on the tracker. Edit, as a matter of fact I was still showing as ”in production“ when it was in fact “awaiting shipment“.

When on chip hold, would you expect to see a few module codes missing?

I reviewed my modules against a similar spec'd xlt 302a and a 502a. Where the compared 302 ended at 7E0-165-52 I pulled up the 502a and my modules are the same the rest of the way.

No, I think you would literally NOT see the line at all. I can see for example that currently I have all my modules except the 7e4, 7c4 and 7c6 modules. I also just compared against similarly spec'd 502a trucks with bluecruise.

Some people never saw their modules on the app, even after taking delivery.

While my skim was pretty rudimentary, my blanks matched up with the other 2 known completed builds. Ford chat, marketing and VVR all stated chip hold and not a part hold. No update via email or either of the tracker apps.

7e4 = I cannot find anything in Forscan that matches this
7c4 = side obstacle detection (drivers) - BLIS, brake controller, auto park, wiper sensors
7c6 = side obstacle detection (passanger) - BLIS, brake controller, auto park, wiper sensors

I'm pretty sure Ford considers chip and parts to be the same thing for their notes. From what I'm told by a Ford engineer, his knowledge.

Mine is on "chip hold" and this engineer from what he can see in the "end ofproduction" data, the only errors that come up are for windshield wiper motors (no chips in a physical part)

7E4BECM - Battery Energy Control Module

Maybe it's a powerboost only module?
